Since our foundation in April 2021, we have assembled a formidable group of 136 coaches. This collective of experienced entrepreneurs, business experts, lawyers and investors serve as our guiding force, and their diverse backgrounds bring in a spectrum of insights into our growing portfolio. The accomplishment of onboarding these coaches in such a short span of time reflects our commitment to fostering a fertile environment for startups to learn and grow.
One of the most distinct ways we channel this knowledge is through one-on-one coaching. Through these sessions, our coaches directly engage with startup founders, addressing their unique challenges, helping them navigate the complex world of business, and ultimately enabling them to turn their vision into a thriving reality.
Yet, we don't limit our engagement to this one-on-one matching. In our quest to provide our startups with swift access to critical knowledge and network, we've designed the 'Quick Startup Questions' initiative. Roughly every six weeks, we take 2-5 questions from our portfolio startups and distribute them to our entire coaching network. This effort to pool knowledge and resources ensures our startups receive comprehensive insights promptly.
And the results? They are nothing short of inspiring. Since our establishment, we've made a whopping 200 matches between coaches and startups! This not only underlines the commitment of our coaching network but also demonstrates the high value our startups place on these interactions.
Last but not least, Graduate Entrepreneur kicked off Founders Forum. This new initiative provides our Founders with a opportunity for inspiration, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer learning. The Forum has brought together startup founders under one roof, encouraging collaboration and mutual growth.
